Miss Jill has been providing childcare for over 25 years in the Jefferson Hills area. She started Little Kids Playcare from her home in 1989.  As the daycare grew, she located to larger facilities.  She is known for her caring nature and relentless effort to make all children happy.  Not only is caring for children her profession, it is also her passion. She is the proud mother of 3 children and 8 grandchildren.  She enjoys working with and growing the business with her 2 daughters, while supporting her son and daughter-in-law who are serving our country in the military. 

Ms. Sarah has been working at Little Kids Playcare for 14 years.  She became the director in 2006 after graduating from Juniata College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.  She currently teaches preschool activities daily for children aging 3-5. Ms. Sarah loves arts and crafts and giving our children many opportunities to express themselves through art appreciation.  She, along with Ms. Rachel, work hard to create activity calendars for the children throughout the summer, themed holiday activities and crafts, as well as large displays to showcase the children’s masterpieces.  She is Miss Jill’s oldest daughter, and she is the mother of 3 children.  

Ms. Rachel has been working at Little Kids Playcare for 10 years. She became the manager in 2010 after graduating from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.  Ms. Rachel handles the financial aspects of our business, while still caring for children throughout the day.  She, along with Ms. Sarah, work hard to create activity calendars for the children throughout the summer, themed holiday activities and crafts, as well as large displays to showcase the children’s masterpieces.  She is Miss Jill’s youngest child, and she has 3 children of her own.  

Ms. Stephanie has been working at Little Kids Playcare for 9 years. She graduated in May 2008 with an Associate Degree in Child and Family Studies.  She is the head teacher in our toddler room. Ms. Stephanie enjoys reading our children stories, making crafts and teaching them early preschool skills. Ms. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about our center and has a take-charge personality, which is a great asset to Little Kids Playcare.  Ms. Stephanie is the mother of 2 children.

Ms. Steph has been working at Little Kids Playcare for 8 years. She has attended CCAC and has completed child care education courses.  She has been caring for children both inside and outside of our center for many years. She has a very kind and gentle personality with a wonderful sense of humor, which makes her an amazing teacher in our infant room.  She is a loving mother to a beautiful step-daughter. 

Ms. Sarah has been working at Little Kids Playcare for 7 years.  She has experience working with a volunteer fire department. Although the entire staff is trained in fire safety, this is her area of expertise.  Ms. Sarah is also a mother.  

Ms. Courtney has been working at Little Kids Playcare for over 3 years.  She is great with children of all ages, and excels at organizing different games and activities for our children to participate in. Ms. Courtney is also a mother.  

Ms. Mackenzi has been a working at Little Kids Playcare for over 2 years.  She specializing in working with our preschool through school-age children. She is wonderful at creating and making crafts with our children and really has a big heart. 

Ms. Aimee has been working at Little Kids Playcare for over a year.  She is very artistic and loves making crafts with our toddlers.  She takes pride in keeping our window art always looking great!  When not working at Little Kids Playcare, you can find her working hard at a local restaurant.

Ms. Kelsey has been working at Little Kids Playcare for over a year.  While she is one of our newest employees, she has truly become a part of the Little Kids Playcare family.  She has devoted her time to caring for children of all ages. When she is not working at Little Kids Playcare, she is spending her time working at her church nursery. 

Ms. Rachael has been working at Little Kids Playcare for over a year.  She is currently attending Penn State of Greater Allegheny to get a degree in Early Childhood Education.  She also enjoys playing for their soccer team.  Ms. Rachael has a wonderful upbeat personality and is very artistic which makes all of our children love her!
